New clients

We require all new clients to provide a credit/debit card to secure an appointment. A color consultation is required and recommended for all new color appointments. To assist us in providing the best service possible, we request and appreciate clients to arrive at or before their scheduled time. In order to book appointments through our online system, you must first register here.


Cancellation policies

We understand that tardiness is at times unavoidable, and scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. Should you be running behind, we respectfully ask that you notify us by phone. Rescheduling of your appointment will be mandatory if you arrive 15 minutes or later than your scheduled time.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice may result in a 50% charge to the service amount.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 100% charge to the service amount.

Non-cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

Our policy reserves the right to require a credit/debit card to schedule an appointment. We do not share any client information and will notify cardholder of any charges prior to them being made.

All cancellations require an email sent to methodhair@gmail.com. Leaving a voicemail does not guarantee that we will receive your cancellation before the 24-48 hour window required to avoid a cancellation fee.


Gift cards

Gift cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. To purchase a gift card, log into your account through our online appointment system, and under the ‘My Account’ tab you can find the option for gift cards. You have the choice of purchasing the gift card for yourself, or for someone else. Gift cards are a great way to show some love. Please call us if you have any questions, or if you experience any trouble while purchasing.
