Crystal, a Houston native, has lived in Austin for over 15 years. She always felt drawn to hair, makeup, and fashion, so she turned her interests into a career in 2013. Since graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2014, she has become a Kevin Murphy Session Salon stylist, gotten certified in Keune Color, completed barber school, and taken multiple balayage courses. She is passionate about continuing education and loves learning new techniques.

Crystal enjoys natural shape and texture, effortless styles, enhancing natural curls, long flowing layers, and creating color that complements natural features, whether it’s subtle, sun-kissed balayage, or something a little more dramatic! 

When she’s not busy making Austin more beautiful, Crystal likes to spend time with her husband and two dogs. She considers herself a foodie and is a sucker for a good rom-com.
