Alejandra is a first generation Mexican American and native Texan enjoying all that the Austin metro area has to offer. Growing up, Alejandra discovered her creative spirit early and enjoyed any artistic medium she could get her hands on from ceramics to drawing and painting. This urge to create gave Alejandra the inspiration to pursue a career where artisan skills and creativity were at the core.
In 2020 when the pandemic hit, Alejandra was intrigued and curious about pursuing an education in cosmetology. She enrolled at Paul Mitchell The School for cosmetology here in Austin in 2022 and there she learned the ins and outs in order to graduate in 2023 and land an apprenticeship here at Method!
One of Alejandras passions is being able to create art using hair as the medium in order to leave someone feeling confident and great about how they look and feel. She is dedicated to making sure anyone and everyone feels safe and comfortable in her chair so that her clients can be their genuine self in a judgment free environment. She is currently practicing her skills and perfecting her craft while staying open to learning new techniques that will aid her in being an incredible stylist. Continuing education and staying fresh in her skills is her biggest priority as an up and coming stylist. She is a perfectionist who is always looking for ways to improve her abilities, consistently paying attention to details in order to leave her clients thrilled to have their new style.
In her free time Alejandra enjoys all that is spooky. Whether it’s horror movies, cemetery walking, or ghost hunting, she loves to embrace the paranormal and weird. In addition to that she loves classic rock and heavy metal as well as baking cute sweets and desserts for the people she loves.
